TOO HOT TO CLEAN

At this moment, it's over 100 degrees in Provo. That means it's about 90 degrees in my office. I've been putting off cleaning my office for a few weeks, but today was to be the day.

I had it all planned out:

First, I'd go outside and mow the back field. The grass is pretty much dead at this point, since we don't water it and it's been around 100 degrees for a few days. But, there are plenty of weeds that continue to grow, so I need to mow them down.

Second, I'd take Karen to lunch and then we'd do our Mall Walking.

Third, I'd clean up my office.

Well, it was really too hot to mow this morning, so instead I worked at my desk, doing "work" stuff. Then, I took Karen to lunch and we did our Mall Walking. Finally, I took her back to work and went up to my office again. I determined that it really was so hot that I would blog for a little while, instead of cleaning. Besides, I needed to change my blog, which I don't do often enough.

So, rather than clean my office, I took some photos of the mess and I'm writing about not cleaning it up.

The day kind of sounds like a wash to me.
